SimTec Sp. z o.o. was established in the year 2003,
by professionals experienced in the following fields:
- Simatic, Allen Bradley, Modicon, Qantum, ABB, GE Fanuc PLC systems programming
- Designing of HMI/SCADA systems
- Integration of control systems with master visualization and database systems SQL (Historian, InSQL etc.)
- Industrial networks (Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus)
- Implementation of drives control (Simocode, MicroMaster, Sinamics, Mitsubishi, Danfoss, SEW, ABB etc.)
- Implementation of SIL Safety systems for oil, drilling and accommodation platforms based on Fail Safe systems
SimTec Sp. z o.o. engineers acquired know-how necessary to design control systems in cement, Oil&FGas, food, automotive, steel, chemical, glass production, airports, water treatment and other industry sectors. With such experienced team SimTec Sp. z o.o. executes software services, commissioning, project management, permanent site service agreements (stand-by 24 h) for all industries as well as training, support and technical consulting.
Based on DCS system from Siemens, Simatic PCS7, we have realized many projects for cement industry, sugar industry and we participated in one of the biggest projects for Oil&Gas industry. Since many years we are specializing in DCS system from Siemens. Our engineers were among the first who implemented Simatic PCS7 system in Poland (in 1990-ies).
The experience of our specialist is especially appreciated in Oil&Gas industry - since many years we participate in standardization of function blocks used during migration of old control systems.
Realized projects and experienced engineering resources resulted in signing of partnership agreement with Siemens company. Since year 2007 our company is an official international Siemens’s partner in Simatic S7/PCS7. Each year our specialists are obliged to pass certification tests from the full scope of PCS7 knowledge (Automation Station AS400 + SCADA WinCC), led by Siemens AG. Thanks to this partnership we have access to all PCS7 software packages. Every year our engineers participate in DCS/PLC/SCADA related trainings and workshops, so we are permanently following all technical news and new system versions.
We are employing engineers with certyficates Siemens Functional Safety Professional in range of implementation of IEC 61508 :2003 and IEC 61511 :2010 norms, confirmed by many years of professional experience in safety systems implementations.
Our projects and implementations are not limited to DCS systems only. Company SimTec realizes migrations of old PLCs (e.g. Simatic S5, TI, Mitsubishi or Fanuc) as well as we are creating completely new PLC and HMI applications based on modern control systems.
We also specialize in implementation of long-term archive systems based on Historian IS, InSQL etc. with production reports provided via WWW. Our specialists have official Microsoft certificates confirming their knowledge of MS SQL.
