Control

We specialize in control systems from Siemens. We do our software for PLCs from Simatic S7 / PCS7 family. Due to increasing interest we implement as well automation systems based on the newest Siemens product – TIA Portal. We realize an upgrade of older PLC systems to the newest ones according to customer’s requirements.

Visualization

Since many years we’ve been specializing in various HMI/SCADA systems. Our solutions are based on WinCC, ProTool, WinCC Flexible, InTouch, Cimplicity, FIX32, iFIX, Asix and others depending on customer’s expectations.

Safety systems

Our engineers have certificates Siemens Functional Safety Professional issued by TUV, entitling to designing and development of safety systems according to IEC 61511 and IEC 61508 norms.

Virtualization and Cyber Security

We have experience confirmed by implementations in the field of implementation of virtualized systems and environments. As a partner of VMware, DELL and Fujitsu supported by ARROW ECS, we implement any virtualization structures for superior SCADA systems, taking care of their security in terms of Cyber Security.

MIS, MES, OEE systems

In the OT (Operational Technology) layer, we integrate the DCS and PLC control system environments with superior MIS (Management Information System), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) systems. We implement projects for the collection and processing of all production data in order to make it available to superior environments.

RFID Systems

Company SimTec specializes in designing, programming and implementation of identification systems RFID (Radio-frequency identification). This systems are utilizing radio frequency to transfer data and supplying in power of Tag's (RFID TAG) that are data carriers (transponders). We are offering a full scope of RFID TAGs with capacity of few bytes to several kilobytes.

Robotics

SimTec Company is Official KUKA System Partner. We offer complex delivery of robotized cells based on approved solutions as well as experienced team of constructors and software man.

Migration S5 to S7 / TIA

We have long-term experience in migrating of older control systems to their up-to-date equivalents. We can advise which system to choose, how to configure it and how to perform an upgrade to minimize production stops. Migrated or modernized programs can be tested in simulation mode before commissioning on site.

Service

We provide service solutions with fast reaction time with use of VPN. Due to our long-term experience in industry we are able to provide service for systems supplied by other vendors. If you have problem with control system -> we can give you an advise and help, we can come to you and diagnose your system.

Standardization

SimTec, from its beginnings, takes care of cleanness and transparency of its solutions, trying to convince Customers that standardization is necessary. Based on long-term experience of SimTec’s specialists we have developed our own software standard to be used with Simatic S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500, PCS7 and WinCC as SCADA.

Training

SimTec offers trainings on different Siemens control systems (Simatic S7, PCS7, HMI and SCADA) individually prepared to suite client’s needs and expectations.

Distribution

As an authorised partner of Siemens, we distribute, configure and assemble automation systems from the full scope Siemens’ control systems: Simatic S7-300, S7-400 and S7-1500 PLCs, network systems Scalance, HMI/SCADA systems WinCC i WinCC Flexible, TIA Portal, as well as drive systems SINAMICS, SIMOCODE and many others.
